I saw this company in aREMOVEDad and clicked. The website seemed pretty professional and I had been putting off this whole thing because of the hassle it would be so I figured I would take a leap. When I got to the price I hesisitatedwas I about to be had? Checking BBB didnt even occur to me. I just dove in and I am not exaggerating when I say I got a call from a doctorREMOVEDthan 3 minutes after I submitted it and was already approved. Now, I did have a recent x-ray on hand so maybe that helped but regardREMOVED, I would highly recommend NuggMD. Quick, professional, and worth the fee.

This was a quick hassle free process and I received my digital card immediately after completing the required process. Total time was about 20 minutes, from the comfort of my own home. Simple process, as it should be. Buyer beware as most "Doctors" charge $200-$300 to confirm what the law says you are legally entitled to, and this seemed too good to be true. But they are legitimate, and an alternative to the cottage industry getting rich off people's ignorance regarding price...
