Very easy process, seems legit... still waiting for the card in the mail but it's only been a few days.

They do exactly what they say they're going to do, and make the process simple. I was expecting to have to give a detailed explanation of my traumas but the provider was incredibly respectful, and only required the "headline" version, which I found incredibly reassuring and avoided me having to re-live the trauma. I prepared to leave the appointment feeling worn down, but I instead felt heard and cared for.
