My first experience with NuggMD was good, prompt service and the card looked nice. However, I had prepaid my med card for a second year and received an email that said this. When going on to their website to renew, however, I was prompted to pay again. Upon contacting customer service, they were prompt to respond but said that according to their terms your renewal expires after 3 months with no refund. While I did apparently agree to these terms, no one would know that and its a terrible policy to have lost over $50 for no reason.

I have been attempting to get a new ID card as I never received one ORIGINALLY. I was met first with push back and a request to pay for the card. After posting a negative review, I was told that a replacement card would arive at no cost. A month later still no card, so I "blast" them on aREMOVEDreview. I was immediately contacted by a supervisor who was upset that I threatened to "blast" them, however in retrospect, It seems that this is the only recourse to solve my dilemma. All I want is a new card. They offered me a financial discount for one of the three years I paid for, but I just want a replacement card. Not the money...Is it that difficult? By God, I hope this review ends up in front of the right pair of eyes of someone who will just send me the replacement card and I will happily change my reviews. But for now it's only getting worse......fingers crossed!

When I started the process it seemed simple. Got approved within maybe 30 minutes. I was registered with the state and awaited my certification. I was told I would receive this within 24 hours. On day 6 I asked for a refund to go somewhere else. I was in contact with support everyday to see what the hold up was. Was told doctor was messaged. Then doctor was out of the office. They had no problem charging my card for services not rendered. I would not recommend this place at all.

NuggMD had a special where they will process the application free for veterans on Veterans Day. I decided to try it out. They had to manually bypass the payment page for me and then they put me in the online "waiting room." After waiting for over an hour I reached back out to the online chat, only to be told the doctor wasn't in but would be back in the office on Monday and would process my application. Fast forward a little over a week and checking in three more times, I was informed by email that they were rejecting the application because NuggMD or their doctor said it was going to be too far for me to drive for the in person visit! I regularly drive over an hour to go to the VA hospital so seeing their provider would have been no problem. Very upset that they offer a service to veterans and then don't deliver.

This company is able to accept your money for licensing and product. However, the logistical delivery process is horrible.The basics of when, where, how much, etc disappeared after payment.I am a medical marijuana patient whose pricing, payment, and transaction information turns into dozens of electronic contacts, and many alterations until I barely know if the people I am in contact with could be part of any legal process.I think they should be embarrassed about their failures at every step of the process and fix them.I will definitely be watching my payment information

So, I found out after paying that all I can get through the system is edibles so I tried to cancel my order just hours later and was refused. They stated I was already in the system and would not refund my money. Ok, so I fell for the hype and just lost 80 bucks is what I'm thinking. After sifting through the "so called" dispensaries available to me I find out not only is it only edibles but there are none near me. The 2 inREMOVEDI would have to drive across town for only have specific pick up days and times for your order. If I wanted it delivered they would charge me 25 dollars more. So ya...not so super jazzed about this purchase. I get pretty much nothing I can use for my money that was refused to be refunded to me. Thanks!

This site is terrible!! Not user friendly at all. Convoluted instructions in order to send the approved application to my state to get their approval never worked. Maybe they should hire a professional web maker, because this website is wonky. I did notice that they quick to take my money without my ability to finish the process. Im now stuck in limbo, because I cant complete the process. Oh and I read the below comments giving 5 stars. These comments are not to be believed

This is absolutely the worst company Ive ever worked with. I paid for a 3 year medical review and after talking with someone on the phone I was assured my medical records had been updated; however when I went to the dispensary my records were not updated and my card was expired. My bank account clearly shows they took my money. When I attempted to reach them I was informed that the entire company was on a holiday! Meanwhile I cannot get my medical Rx. Disgraceful!!!!
